They have never heard of customer friendliness !. If you return something because it is not good. Luckily I got my money back but it is difficult to change, that people cannot be trusted, that they have to work whole days for it, etc. Finally the song can't even say goodbye when you leave the store .. .. They don't see me anymore !!!!
