We Jan and Diny Reynders have been helped so well at De Muynck we have been wearing glasses for 55 years, but we have never been helped as well and correctly as now, we have never had such a good explanation and they take all the time for you and not as with others that you are outside again within half an hour no other half an hour really great that you get so much attention and also very good glasses that do not have to go back but are good right away, we will definitely come back to you. The day before Christmas my mother fell, apart from the necessary injury, her glasses were broken. With positive results of the investigations in my pocket called with the muynck optic, situation briefly explained, come and see what we can do. At 14:00 in the store, glasses left behind to be able to come back between 16:00 and 16:30 for the glasses or an emergency frame. Despite the busy times in the store, the glasses were repaired at 4:15 pm, not 'glued' to last a day, no everything was taken out of the cupboard to officially repair the plastic frame 👍. We were not allowed to pay, it was a Christmas present .... compliments for the repair and hats off for this fantastic gesture.

Walked in spontaneously to see what was for sale. Was looking for something other than usual. Neat and more than enthusiastically helped by Rob. Service at a very high level.
