Beautiful and diverse range of books, magazines and much more. Friendly and service-oriented employees. Dated decor. Room lighting is a point of attention

Horrible! I find it incredibly customer friendly, the staff are extremely arrogant and don't want to help when there is a problem or you don't understand something. Bad service!

Great To the library to return some books. But forgot a book from home. Then you neatly ask at the desk if they might be able to extend the book. But no, that is not possible so then just a fine when I hand it in (since actually today was the last day) Nice customer friendly! Not so!

Staff are very friendly but library itself is more like a children's playground. Don't understand that parents take their screaming children to a library.
