It works only if your flight departures on time. In case of cancellation/delay of the flight there is no refund, nor option to reschedule the pick-up time. Difficult to get in contact by phone, slow and bad customer service when there are changes with the flight, changes that are not caused by customer's fault. Why do they ask for the flight number if they do not monitor the flights of their costumers ?!
Will never use again and definitely do not recommend to use!
Taxi arrived more than 1 hour late, so we missed our flight. No money back. In addition, very rude customer service. Unfortunately I could not give less than 1 star.
Nice people. Taxi is always on time.
Departure went smoothly. Return journey almost waited 120 minutes. Always had contact with the central office. Commitments always prove to be wrong. Not the taxi company for the future for us.
Very nice experience. Good communication with us in advance. Booked both the outward and return journey with this provider and experienced both as very pleasant. No other taxi for us anymore.
