I read the reviews here about taxis not arriving and didn't think much of it. This weekend I tried to order taxis from Taxi Leerdam several times, online through their website, by phone hours in advance or phone for an immediate departure. Out of 5 attempts to get a taxi, only one barely worked – and that taxi was with us after 2:00h, when they had said it might take 1:00 to at most 1:30h. This is not a taxi service, this is a broken answering machine.

After calling several times I was kept on the line (After waiting 2 hours but called another taxi). Very poor / unprofessional company. Especially don't do business with them, because they don't keep their promises.

In a very short time 2x use of taxi Leerdam. Very friendly drivers who comply with the agreements made. 5 minutes in advance we were called by the driver that he was almost there. As a result, we did not have to wait outside unnecessarily. Recommended!
