It's the first stop after Utrecht Central if you're taking the sprinter (train) and you'll reach there in mere 6 minutes. The area is not as much populated as Amsterdam, not it has the same architecture but has rather a modern one. Unlike Amsterdam, you'll see a few tall buildings, along with newly built buildings and a few old architecture houses too. Appears peaceful with greenery, canals (very fewer than AMS) and has an average market. The area mostly offers studio apartments (furnished) but you could also find a few 1BHK apartments too with thorough search. This is in Oct 2019.

A relative small station with only stop trains and no Intercity. There are no facilities here. However, you can take a bus or train to the central station in Utrecht.

It is a bit tricky to access the station by car.Around it are several construction sites. The station looks ok, close to residential areas, mall and offices. .
