Such a shop that quickly becomes forgetful when payment is received. Especially in case of errors on their side when delivering, it becomes a long-winded and difficult story with them. You have to go after them all the time, waiting for action on their part is hopeless and by default the answer 'oh completely forgotten' and then nothing happens until you mail again ....
