01-07-2019 visited this branch. There are 4 counters, with 2 people ultimately working. 1 person is busy with other activities and does not help clients. Other lady in question does her best but can't keep up. In addition, I think it is not normal that customers do not have priority over other activities and that the number of customers in the store is gradually increasing. In addition, is the air conditioning on while the door is open? I am not used to this from ING and I think this is a bad thing.

Short opening times and when you get there you better take your time !! Maybe consider replacing the friendly lady who asks what you come for and brings drinks to someone who can actually help customers. The staff is always friendly.

Shame about the tight opening times! Or place (like the ABN) a device for depositing outside, instead of inside.
