Crowded but nice atmosphere. Didnt like the music very much

Nice Pub in a quiet town. Nice for beers with friends.

When you think you are going back to the bar because there is a piece of plastic in your wine and they just say yes what should I do with this ??? Uhmm you put enough on and to keep your customers maybe the first to apologize and give a new one? No we do not glass is already almost empty? Sorry, is this my fault that your customers should be above everything else? Apparently they don't know how that works, which is a shame.
