I think this is a company that you can blindly trust in.
I bought a Benz and the salesperson, Mr. Luiken was extremely professional and supportive all the time despite the Corona crisis. Everything was timely, fair, and nothing was deviated from what was promised. Even after delivery the salesperson was supportive and kind, for example in my requests for additional cup holders or Mercedes ash tray. I will surely buy/trade with this company again.
Also mentionable is the professionalism of the person who delivered the car. He was on time, extremely friendly and supportive. He unloaded the car right at the spot where I requested and spared time to guide me of Mercedes features while congratulating me for the purchase and assuring me of the services.
DO NOT GO HERE. They supposedly spent '6 hours' trying to diagnose what was wrong with my sprinter, which was a clear issue that my partner had even already diagnosed himself. My car has been with them for over a week, is still not fixed and yet I have to pay 600 euros for the 'investigating' that they did. I repeat, DO NOT GO HERE, they will waste your time and money.
