A good garage with nice people.

Kia Houten has always been super with me...they do everything in their power to help me out of a bad situation or making fast appointments and i always get my car back nice and shiney clean. I have a very bad back shoulders etc and they also do the inside of my windshield because im unable to do it due to my chronic back problems.. I can not say anything wrong over them....only a perfect rating....i recommend this business 100%.....it's too bad there are not more than a 5 star tating becase they would be much higher rated in my opinion. SUPER SUPER SUPER !!!!!

A very nice dealer with an eye for detail. Friendly employees without it being annoying and pushy to sell or sell you. It is clean, neat and well laid out. For customers you can, under certain conditions, even wash your car every Saturday for free in their car wash on site! What are you going through with that? One point of criticism to date: When the car is there for maintenance and / or warranty, keep the customer better informed of the status of the work. Don't wait until almost closing time to call that everything is going well and that the car can be picked up.

Today we learned that we paid 425 euros to replace brake pads / discs at the front for our Kia Picanto, while that via remschijf.nl would have cost only 130 (or 230 euros without discount on parts) INCLUDING ASSEMBLY. In total almost 1000 euros spent on our major maintenance. Hardly ever jumped into the canal, because all our holiday savings have disappeared again. 'The Power to Surprise' is their slogan. That's true!

During a visit to Utrecht from Venray, we were warned that our right rear tire had too little air. To make matters worse, the valve broke off during the refill and the tire deflated completely. We drove to the Werkhoven garage on the homecoming tire and asked for help. They immediately got to work and placed a new valve so that we could go home. And all for free! For which tribute and thanks. Too bad they did not find the puncture in the tire and put the tire back on the rim in the wrong running direction ....
