Dear Mr. Durak, what an unpleasant experience you had at our company. This is certainly not our normal working method. We investigated and it emerged that a customer was present at that phone call who, understandably, wanted to get rid of his frustration after the terrible events in Paris and Vienna. We sincerely apologize and look forward to seeing you again to help you with your problem. We always approach our clients without regard to the person, which you can also see on the other reviews.

During a phone call a few minutes ago I was put on hold. Unfortunately they forgot to turn off the microphone and talked about another person of Turkish descent in the background. So dirty turk was shouted with a lot of laughter and racist remarks. Now I am of Turkish descent myself and this is totally unacceptable!
