Today 3/10 in the store. Product turned out not to have the right price tag 23 instead of 9 euros. Young employee asks old employee for help. We did not get the product for 9 euros and we did not apologize for the inconvenience. The latter meant that we did not purchase the other products either. Unmotivated staff, and especially the older lady should not work with people.

If you head a product from Utrecht you cannot give back or exchange in vianen, I think that is unseen, and bad service while on the voucher may be exchanged within 30 days, no customer-friendly staff will never again be blocked
