I had ordered a bed with an estimated delivery time of three to four weeks. And so I decided to sleep on an air mattress for the last few weeks because I didn’t have an actual bed in my new apartment yet. This is where the trouble began. I still didn't have my bed a week past the original delivery date so I tried to contact Bosch Bedding repeatedly with over 15 calls on different times which largely remained unanswered. Another week later I got an email stating that I would receive the bed later that week but I also noticed that they forgot to add installation to the bill. Great... A few days later I again received an email from the delivery service of Bosch Bedding. This time it was to tell me that not all parts where in stock and that the delivery could take one to two weeks longer. At this point I’ve slept on an air mattress for almost four weeks and will probably still sleep on it for two more weeks. Bosch Bedding so far has denied any compensation for their extremely bad communication and false advertising regarding the delivery times. I would strongly advise future customers to buy their beds elsewhere.

ELECTRIC BOXSPRING MELISSA - Boxspring -The picture shown in the website is Fake as the actual product delivered will look totally different. The response to any complaint is poor and lousy. The mattress was sliping out of the frame when operated. Moreover when a complaint was made they told antisliping steel frame is an add-on, but sadly you will never see it in the add-on section. But is a part of the original product , because most of all electric box spring has antisliping protector. No value for money .Think thrice before ordering a product from them .....

Didn't deliver after waiting for over a month, had to make great effort to have it cancelled, still haven't received my refund, had to escalate to paypal.

This "Hotel Boxspring" was delivered within a week. I am pleasantly surprised by the pocket spring mattress! The box spring only cost 450, but for that money it has an amazingly good mattress. I read a lot of negative comments about customer service. I myself have not experienced it that way. In the morning indeed a bit more difficult to reach. But I called twice in the afternoon on different days and then I soon had a helpful lady on the phone. And via email I had a response to a question within 6 hours. I am pleasantly surprised for the amount I have spent! I did buy some felts for the floor because of the legs and the floor.
