We came into contact with Victor because he sells Floorify. At first we fell for the discount they offered on all floors including Floorify. When this discount was reversed from Floorify, Victor was so sporty to still apply the discount. When the floor was delivered and the ordered installation package was not delivered, he pulled out all the stops to ensure that we could still install the PVC floor that weekend, with a rubber hammer as compensation and genuine concerns about the arrival of the set on time. What an EXCELLENT service! Because we had made a miscalculation with regard to the number of square meters of floor required, we had to order extra.
