Dramatic organization .... Order at the end of December with a delivery time of 3 weeks. Coincidentally I got a call for something else as it was almost 3 weeks later I asked when to expect the table. I was told this would be week 10. In short, mid-March instead of mid-January. On the website still the indication delivery time is 3 weeks. A month later I was called again that the delivery time has been delayed to week 20. Mid-May instead of mid-January. The website still mentions the delivery time of 3 weeks .... Then you will be offered a much more expensive alternative, but you are expected to bear the additional costs. Canceled the order and stated that I would like the money back for the weekend (after all, you must also pay immediately when ordering). This was on a Wednesday morning seems reasonable to me. The following Monday I received a call to explain why I have not yet returned the withdrawal form. When ordering no form received and when canceling the order not a word about this. Very amateurish organization that even tends to scam, since it is currently still indicated on the website that the item has a delivery time of 3 weeks (the product is even on discount).

Wow, in shock from the very unprofessional and non-customer-oriented attitude of both a shop salesman and the shop manager of Profijt Utrecht. Spent more than 4 hours over 3 days in the store passing a new dining room set and coffee table. What started as a pleasant conversation with the seller turned into a classic example of crappy service, with a deal of more than 1500 euros on 15 euros canceled. And to think that it was 15 euros which is charged for a bus that the store owns and after incorrect information about the stock, so that I sold a deal with a competitor. Incomprehensible that in a time where customer focus can make or break your store / company, uncapacitated people are put in such a position. My advice: save the effort to orient yourself here and go to a decent store where employees are customer-oriented and willing to come to a solution TOGETHER. Finally: keep in mind that there are strict conditions for wooden products in this store. For example, if a wooden table cracks within the warranty period, it is not self-evident that this is covered by the warranty.
