damaged goods delivered, you will not be called back and informed, agreements are made but deadline expires, waited weeks for new goods but they did NOT ORDER anything despite the delivery confirmation! arrogant sellers (Utrecht) with poor customer service (customer service online / telephone). Bommel did not want to reimburse the delivery costs, even if the delivered goods were damaged. Unfortunately you cannot assign 0 stars because 1 is too many. bankruptcy statement for retail! shameful.

This shop is absolutely not recommended. The purchased product got damaged, the customer service is so bad, unfriendly on the phone, we had to go to the store a few times to check it out, then the arrogant seller argued with me about the shipping cost, I couldn't understand how such sales staff can work.

After almost 2 years, all 4 dining room chairs were exchanged by De Bommel for free because the backrest cushions collapsed, very good service, that's why I give them 5 stars
