The shop can be difficult to navigate, still the employees are really open-minded and friendly!
Overpriced, and rarely has what I need. It is even worse that the staff is not very helpful and their manager don't know how to deal with customers. Very unfriendly and rude. Awful customer service, I really hope that I won't need to go back there again.
It's a smaller store relative to others but for being in the city center it is plenty large, the staff is nice but not always as knowledgeable about everything.
Personnel does not speak good English. The overall store is ok.
Fine assortment for the handyman. Fair prices and good advice on any job in and around the house.
