My daughter got her ears pierced here. The lady who pierced her was so friendly and made my daughter feel safe. Once in a while they have good deals.

Bought some jewelry today at lucardi Nieuwegein. Very unfriendly staff and not helpful at all. We bought pretty pricey jewelery, but at 5 to 5 (closing time), the employee said in a compelling tone: we will close, it is almost 5 o'clock, you have to leave and not choose anymore. Very amazing .. During the checkout there was careless handling and a pendant was forgotten. Everything else was put loose in a plastic case and given away. We had to ask for a normal carrying case.

Nice girl behind the counter only little understanding of business did not even know how many microns their gold plated necklaces were is not her fault but her boss who did not train her properly and was shifting the chain a bit which can cause the gold Luckily the counters are very slippery, but things went wrong, but otherwise excellent service, just a little more in-depth knowledge of the products that are sold

I give them 4 stars for the good service if you order your watch online and you find out during delivery that it is too big on your wrist, bring it to the store 1 day later you will be called again that you can wear it come and get it already not a bad experience with the store, but I noticed that when I was in the store people were very impatient, but I think this is more due to a shortage of employees.

Very bad and rude help from those who work in the shop. Whether it depends on whether we are dark, I am not going to judge. But it was very noticeable that we received no help while we were very clearly looking for something, while at another jeweler we were already assisted. I would go on this as a branch manager to train your staff how to deal with customers. For me a big 1. If I could give 0 stars I would have done
