When asked about a particular shoe, it turned out that it was not sold there. Other shoes from the same series were sold. THERE WAS told by an older sales person that we ONLY WANT TO ORDER VIA INTERNET ..... We walked across the street to Nelson and there were the shoes in question ... So for us no more Koster because of the bad service !
