Anneke has a very calm and welcoming presence. She has a holistic approach and encourages mindfulness during the massage. Every time after I visit I feel extremely relaxed.
Anneke gives you more than just a massage. She makes sure that you are again connected to yourself, and you feel very well what you need at that moment. She also takes the time to feel in advance where you stand in your life and what you can possibly use for extra energy.
It's wonderful how the focus on a part of my body (eg the legs) made me aware of the tension that I hold there. Because of this specific attention, I let go! Letting go can be learned under Anneke's hands!
