Apparently, with the departure of the retail director, customer friendliness has also disappeared. Staff has changed in part and become very rude. ("otherwise you should look elsewhere")
Been a regular customer for years (and good for 1200 to 1500 sales per year on average).
The advantage is that the lenses that I bought are considerably cheaper at various opticians and will save me almost 100 euros per year.
Good service and customer-friendliness could have made a difference, but if that is missing now, I am happy to switch.

Price quality nothing to complain about
Generally friendly staff but only the woman who takes the eye measurement does not fit in the picture. Not representative but certainly not professional. I wonder where she got her diploma, if she has a diploma at all. I wouldn't have my eyes measured there. Then no second glasses for free.
I bought glasses once, but the service and minor repairs remain free.
