Very constructive!
Knowledgeable and caring organization
Stands up well for the interests of patients
The website zorgkaartnederland.nl (part Patient Federation) has administrators who apply censorship.
As a patient, you are forced by them to adjust your complaint to their completely arbitrary and subjective views, otherwise it will not be published. Indeed; complaints in generally civilized Dutch can be rejected and must then be adjusted. In addition, I noticed that when you post a negative review about a doctor, the next day about the same doctor, an exceptionally positive review may appear, which significantly increases the rating.
In short: zorgkaartnederland.nl is a very questionable review website that supposedly defends the interests of patients.
This organization leaves PROVEN false declarations by so-called patients on Zorgkaart Nederland despite evidence provided.
And then your justified patient ratings are not posted and you are no longer allowed to make telephone contact. This organization is therefore complicit in knowingly informing patients falsely.
We have informed news editors about this and we are going much further with this. A patient organization that deliberately allows false statements to exist and thus deliberately gives patients a wrong image of reality has no right to exist.
Real honest patient experiences are hampered, a shame.
We are going to let this organization feel what it means if you consciously commit fraud. And given the reviews below, they are more often caught fraud with the valuations.
