Very bad communication. Do not keep agreements!
Relocation went smoothly and quickly. Neatly handled our things. Nice and pleasant staff. Even extra bikes move without this was indicated by us. All was no problem. Like to drink coffee, which they of course deserve twice as much with all that lugging. Stuff was neatly placed where we wanted them.
Smooth move, professionals.
We specifically chose a mover from the Recognized Movers branch organization so that we would not have to worry about our things. We enjoyed a very flexible and pleasant service in advance. During the move, the movers were friendly and hardworking, but did not communicate when they saw risks in transporting a number of items. This caused minor damage that could have been avoided by simply noticing the risks in time (we could have put a few boxes in our car ourselves). When we mentioned this afterwards (together with a case of light furniture damage) we received 1 answer, and then no further hearing. Op Maat Verhuizingen does not seem to be interested in aftercare. It is not worth our while to put more effort into this, but we are disappointed. Not responding is a very unprofessional way to get rid of problems, and not what we would expect from an Authorized Mover.
After a good conversation at our house with an inventory chosen for a recognized moving company OpMaat. When inquiring about insurance came first experience that not everything was right. Fortunately went through not a huge amount.
Picking up went smoothly and it seemed expert.
But when the things were delivered and a few weeks later, we were shocked. Mattress dirt and all furniture under a layer of black fabric. (There has been a fire at this company) Even through the blankets. Sent an email about this to talk about it. But then it stays quiet. The director Robin talks to come a few times but never has time. Shame because could have prevented much good communication. In the end we cleaned everything ourselves thoroughly. This took a lot of time and energy. We do not recommend anyone to do business with this company. They are good at collecting money, but when solving problems they do not respond. Seems to me factually not correct choice.
