The outside is in dire condition. Nice and new inside, but full of construction fences that you can walk around, that didn't feel safe. A big loss is that there was no platform wagon available. The bus is perfectly arranged. Boxx space is certainly up to par. information provision is well organized, as well as quickly and easily accessible by telephone / e-mail.

Our first encounter with boxx storage was fine. It all went very well. Provision of information beforehand was very pleasant (thanks to the patient Riva ...). The instructions were fine and everything went as expected. When it comes to the establishment, the outside is uninviting but the inside makes up for it. What a neat, well-arranged "boxx". Really neat, and with a great lift that offered a solution. The rental of the bus also went well. I recommend it to everyone.

Unfortunately, there was no bus ready at the agreed time in the morning, but that was boxx's force majeure. After I called a bus was immediately sent to Utrecht. Very friendly and helpful staff. They also prepared a padlock because I did not have it available myself.

unclearly indicated which door you have to enter storage room address is nr20 0p building is nr 22; no light, no carts seen
