I was given one price over the phone and another in location. Also the price I was given over the phone didn't mention 5€ p/m mandatory insurance. Also you either need to bring your own padlock or buy one from them. They tell you that the price you see on the website is only for some other locations, of course not the one you want to use. So a lot of false advertising and hidden costs.
Good, clean lockers. Security is good. Pricing is competitive. The only thing is that the waiting time for the elevators can be very long when it is busy.
Very helpful and prices are reasobable
Found nice cheap moving boxes through the marketplace (50 pieces for 48.50 euros)
Called the store but had to order them online first. (Cheap Moving Boxes.nl)
When I wanted to order the moving boxes in the evening, the price was suddenly
10 euros more expensive than the marketplace ad. It was already evening so the next
day call with service desk explained my situation, unfortunately addressed very unfriendly
that it was only my fault and the price had been increased. Very unfortunate, I still go for Shurgard to store my belongings because of the way of doing business and unfriendly customer service. Of course ALLSAFE Mini Storage staff cannot do anything about this. It was the headquarters I called. The 0800 number.
Moving boxes collected from this All Safe location. Very nice and service-oriented gentleman behind the desk. And the moving boxes have a good price, much cheaper than at hardware stores.
