People working at service desk are completely ignorants, instead helping and explaining what is going on with your luggage they are using stupid excuses. I should record my conversation and post it, to show you how professional they are...

Your customer service is absolutely deplorable and beyond imaginable. My luggage has been lost, but traced 4 days ago in BCN and your company seems not capable of managing it to come back to AMS. The worst part is that there is no one picking up the phone at your office at the airport, I have tried relentlessly. E-mails are answered but without substance for me. Your poor service has cause me severe inconveniences. You need to do much better and I urge other airlines to reconsider using your company as a ground handler. Customer service and an airline experience goes much further then the flight alone, it goes further than receiving your luggage at the final destination. A good company shows their strength and values in managing a situation like mine. Good luck in the marketplace!
