Why is this store considered LGBTQ-friendly?! Today I went in with my boyfriend and I am pretty sure that I received some homophobic stares from the woman and she was being short with me for whatever reason. One star is too much, but there is nothing less. I regret entering the store!

Relatively high prices. And the lady working in the shop is not very friendly with foreigners.

I only came here once and had a short “talk” with the lady behind the desk and that was enough for me to never come back. I had a Pets Place coupon for a free bag of kitten kibble and a bag of cat litter. The receipt clearly stated “Pets Place Jan van den Heijdenstraat Hilversum”. I showed her on my phone and she said she didn't have that brand of food in the store (the coupon said if so I would get an alternative), and further that she never has this coupon before and that she wouldn't give me anything without my paying. Really blunt and unfriendly, it made no sense to continue the conversation so I left with nothing in my hands, emailed the company from where I got the coupon and they delivered the stuff to me for free. They said that employees at all pets place in NL and Belgium need to know about the promotion. Anyway, too bad I finally live close to a pet store and don't want to spend money there ...

The worst customer service I've ever seen! I wanted to buy things that I bought in another store for 300 euros. I usually never write reviews
