Super friendly and helpful shop keeper. Doean't pressure you into buying anything and is very knowledgable. The prices are also very low, for the selections of goods they offer.
This is a good centrally located pet store in Utrecht. They have a moderate selection. They are not at all customer focused though. I had found a high protein dog food for our dog here. I asked if they could order more as I bought the last large bag. I was told it would be a week. I checked back and was told due to holidays and weekends it may be another week or 2. I went back after 2 weeks, and was told it would be another week. I went in for the last time and was finally told that they had discontinued carrying this type of dog food. The owner should have told me from the beginning they were not going to carry it any more.
I brought my dog to be washed. I had to reserve but then the service was quite fast.
I was hoping they would also brush him so that with the wash we would have gotten rid also of some extra fur. But that wasn't the case. Only for washing I paid 25€.
The lady that worked there was really friendly and helped us great. Besides that their collection is really limited, only living pets they have there are goldfish.
The owner came across as a sincere man, and he gave me good advice on what to buy my cat. In the end I even got a free plant. I also noticed that many of his items were a bit cheaper than those of the average online store.
