Very bad service. They do not have the package that was issued here by DPD. At least that's what they claim. When asked if they want to look again, but under a different name, I don't get a friendly answer at all. And when I said that I think it is bad service, I was told "yes that's right we are indeed a bad company and we do give bad service". Fortunately they agree on it themselves! Never have your parcel delivered here, they do not help you at all and will just lose parcels!

Mediocre / bad service as a UPS point. Selective in the packages he accepts. Because it was a large box (70x55x55), I asked before handing over the box how best to place it. Also because of the store layout as a result of Covid19. Mister would not accept the box because it was too big. He only did little packages because it; "A service concerned for its customers" I understand the rejection of the box when it really is a selfless 'service' because it is a big box that can get in the way of your store. But I suspect there is also a fee associated with being a UPS drop-off point. Also quite a shame that there were a whole lot of other boxes for UPS ..... Now I miss the last pick-up time at 3:00 PM for the weekend. So on Monday again with the box running ...

Contrary to other negative reactions, I would like to say that I am very satisfied. This owner is doing a great job for you. If he does not have it in his standard range, he will order it for you immediately. It is not for nothing that he has existed in Eemnes for so long.

Had very bad experience with the store owner / manager. Customer-friendliness is hard to find.

An extremely unreliable service point from DHL. Express mail is not delivered (as promised) the next day, but only three days later. The consequences of this are not reimbursed. The store manager doesn't want to mean anything to you. Never visit this store again!
