Very good lessons with a lot of spoken practice. You need to keep up with your homework.

We asked to replace a fuse box. The mechanic has placed it. Afterwards, a cable was not connected so we had no power in the bathroom. The cable was already in the box. Den Butter's theorem is that we should have made this explicit. It would have been nice if there had been a direct report at the time that a cable was loose and that it could have been connected. Now an hour had to be paid for 10 minutes of work. Communication can also be improved.

Unfortunately not such a good experience with this company. At the beginning of April our company had a partial power outage. One part, the office, was no longer supplied with power and Liander advised us to have a specialized technical company come with a certification. This has become Den Butter Techniek because of the good reviews we came across. The mechanic has come and has checked the head plugs, they were all ok. Because it concerns a monumental building, the technician was looking for a possible second fuse box, but could not start looking for it because the cabinet where the meters were hanging did not meet the requirements. A NEN 1010 inspection would first have to take place before proceeding. The cupboard had to be demolished and renewed. Mechanic briefly glanced into the cupboard, but maintained the view that the cupboard had to be converted before it could do anything. The fitter left again after 15 minutes. Then the invoice falls on the matt, the fifteen minutes including research costs cost us € 61.98 and in addition to this, 30 minutes of labor costs of € 29.50, while according to the receipt the engineer has only been 15 minutes. Total including VAT € 110.69 !!! By means of extension blocks we were able to ensure that the office functioned somewhat, of course not the perfect solution but it works. The landlord contacted and would come back, but first went on vacation. After the holidays contacted again and would work on it. In the meantime, we are writing on September 18, Liander will replace the meter and we told our story about the outage. The engineer replaces the meter without any problems and can simply work in the cabinet, so the cabinet is just fine! The technician had little time, so could not look at the problem, but promised that a different technician will come because everything is a bit strange. On September 24, the 2nd mechanic, OUR HERO !!! He calls us by the cupboard and says: Look up .... At the top is an extra earth leakage switch that has failed. He switches the button and the power supply is restored. It is a mystery to the Liander employee why the engineer at Den Butter did not see this. The switch is clearly visible and the problem was solved in 1 minute !!! Of course we asked Den Butter for a response, because we are very disappointed in the service of this company. If the mechanic had seen the switch, we could have just switched on the air conditioning during the summer, because if we did this now it would turn out! We were called back by Den Butter and we got the answer: We can't do the bill, it's too long ago. Incomprehensible that you treat your customers in this way. No more Den Butter for us ....., poor service and technicians who do not look beyond their nose. Unfortunately.
