For years my grandmother came to Dick to get her flowers and plants. Now he is no longer as friendly as he was. I wanted a nice book for my birthday mom. It would take 15 minutes or so, I went shopping. Who I just met so I continued to wait. Then it would suddenly take 30 minutes and I didn't have a bouquet for 15 to 20 euros. I have never felt treated so unfriendly to me. I'll never come here again!
