Van Zuilen Museum Foundation

History is always interesting

By coincidence I saw the name of this museum. Funny / coincidental ?! that there is a museum with a name that I used as a headline for my biweekly articles in the newspaper "Overvecht", namely "Pillars when Pillars were still Pillars ...". This was in the 80s / 90s if I remember correctly. I had many interviews at that time with mr. Scharenburg and with many old residents of Zuilen. Mr. Scharenburg provided me with a lot of information about people who could tell me something about the Zuilen neighborhood. I will certainly visit the museum once; it was very nice to write about this neighborhood with its history.
