Really nice and helpful, they saved the day for us. Our car broke down on the highway on a Saturday and they got us going again.

I recently rent a car with minor damage on the back. Because it was so minor they sisnt record it as damage and I was stupid enough to sign for it. When I returned the car they said that I had done that minor damage and they kept the whole amount of 700 euros that I had paid as guarantee . They ain't gonna fool me twice

Slow service. At half past eight we could pick up the rented car, eventually it was ten past nine that we could drive away with the rented car. On the spot, they suddenly all need information and make copies of driver's license and current accounts with address details. If they just add this to the reservation system online, that you can submit a photo of your driver's license and digital invoices when booking, it would be much faster and easier. Furthermore, excellent bus and very flexible in terms of times with the return of the car.
