Absolutely terrible staff and company. The makelaars are incredibly arrogant and not at all professional. They never respons to phone calls, e-mails or application of interest via their website and I have heard of the same experience from my co-workers and other students who have been in touch with the agency.

Incredibly cheeky staff, often difficult to reach and rent prices that are way too high. Also increase your rent every year by the maximum amount by which they are allowed to increase it. It is better to look for another broker or landlord.
