Good service

A brand new bus station opened in 2019 that's located on the other side of the station now with bigger shelters and more seats and displays for passengers. Very nice indeed with lots of available buses stopping here.

Nice station, good facilities

Nice in itself, but driver kept driving when I wanted to get on the bus

There are structural delays at this station due to disruptions. When I have an appointment, I just can't assume I'll be on time. I travel every week by train from Noord-Brabant to Groningen and if I had to specify a percentage, 25 percent of the journeys are faulty, causing me to be delayed. That is once every two weeks. I have never had this kind of problem at other stations. I think this is really bad. Nothing seems to be done about it either. As if people don't think Zwolle is so important. The fact is that things are often disproportionately not going well here.
