Great place! The bartender is really friendly. In summer a great place to sit at the canal, during the rest of the year it's nice to sit inside in this unique historic place.

Nice pub, not too busy and great atmosphere. You can sit here and enjoy a chat over a bottled beer. It is in the former defense tower, part of the old townwall dating from year 1300. Beugeltje is said to be the locals bar for people who live within the city centre. But a very welcome place

One of the best bars in Zwolle, love it here! Service is nice, unique location and to sit outside by the water is the best if you enjoy a cold beer or icetea! 🙌👌
