Fast service for lavazza machines

Bought a number of bottles of coffee syrup on September 23 and paid of course. I didn't hear anything and I called again after 3 weeks. I was told that the items had long since been sent to Kaldi Spijkenisse. Well, if no one lets you know, you can't know. I go to Kaldi Spijkenisse. There they said they had not received anything. Someone is lying. OK but I just want to receive the syrup I paid for. Called Kaldi Zwolle. There they would see what happened and call me back. You guessed it, no one has called back. The owner of Kaldi Spijkenisse would also contact us. After another 3 weeks to Kaldi Spijkenisse. The syrup had still not been received. A lady spoke to me this time. in Spijkenisse. She would contact Zwolle and arrange for Kaldi to deliver Zwolle directly to my home. We are now 2.5 weeks further. Received nothing. After both 3 weeks and 6 weeks I requested my money back from Kaldi Spijkenisse and did not receive it. Kaldi consists of either amateurs or fraudsters. But they certainly don't deliver. My only good experience is with that lady from Kaldi Spijkenisse. The rest can go straight through the drain as far as I'm concerned.
