Purchased a used Aygo at the Kampen location. Was there for a nice price and I got a nice price back for my old car. During the test drive there were some defects (including banging and buzzing rear wheel and broken light) and MOT had expired. It was verbally promised that this would all be arranged and repaired. When picking up the MOT turned out not to be done and I had to arrange this myself. However, it was guaranteed that he would get through flawlessly. If there was anything, I could report this and it would be resolved. The pounding rear wheel would have been remedied by re-balancing the wheel ... At the MOT, unfortunately, it emerged that the thumping rear wheel was caused by a broken wheel bearing. Expenses € 200. I had to have it made by my own garage, because I was not allowed on the road anymore and it would be MOT rejected. Of course contacted afterwards, but unfortunately they did not want to know more about the agreements made orally. Tip, so make sure you get the agreements in black and white at this company! Furthermore, it was a neat car and I still drive it with pleasure. Despite the € 200 expenses, he was more than worth it.
