I should read these comments before we sign contract with them. We ordered a dakkapel and the Interieur decoratie is very bad quality. We have listed a long list to complain it and after waiting for more than 3 weeks,no any further action from them. We have to contact them again and again. Here are part of the pictures from the work to show our anger. 1. ONE ugly plug for lights in TWO rooms!They said that this is in the contract but no one mentioned to us about this before we signed the contract. Who is expecting to switch on their lights in this way?! Ok, this is our fout because our Dutch is not good enough to get the information from the contract. We paid another hundreds euros to fix it by ourselves. 2. The wall they made is not flat. Higher part is out and lower part is in. This makes our stucco guy cries. We have to pay much more to correct it and make one piece of flat wall. Still the wall doesn’t look perfect after correction. 3. Not same quality of all windows. Not each corner of all the windows is well connected. We see gaps on corners of 2 out of 3 windows. They said we will get new ones but no body contacts us after 2 months time. This is still pending. After 6months, lots of phone calls and emails. Still not all problems are solved. If you consider good services, be careful. We are disappointed with lots of details and quality. Their after care services are costing lots of our time and energy. Very slow and mistakes. For instance, no appointment before their visiting. Wrong address was informed to the guy who should come over and fix issues.

They start with a good proposal which is always adjusted. Things are "forgotten" so that the quotation is always higher. They do not want to specify a quotation, so there is no transparency and no clarity. Customers do not understand windows and would like good but above all honest advice. The lady in question does not give advice, does not think along with the customer and misinforms them. Building decisions are also simply "forgotten", so the customer has to report the error himself. And again the proposal becomes more expensive. This appears very unreliable. we have now teamed up with a company that has corrected all errors and still provide a competitive price. It's about trust and a good feeling! This is hard to find at Schipper Kozijnen.

Little effort was made to provide service. Only received an email that you can only order frames through a contractor.

Very bad experience. Dakkapel bought but due to illness she did not come from places to finally call a lot new appointment ... company adheres badly to appointments would be called back several times but unfortunately this does not happen .. otherwise there can be no excuse and if you yourself no steps had been taken there had not yet been a dormer would also no longer do business with such a poorly organized company

No attention ... clearly did not want to listen Really wanted that we would rather come to Germany to get our window frames, there it is cheaper I only had to take out a loan because ?? I can not afford it? Sorry really no service! UPDATE: I have also sent a complaint about this, it is very neatly packed, for this reason I changed my 1 star to 3 stars. Although I would not buy here
