Shop with nice clothes where my partner with, initially, fun dresses. In consultation with the owner, the dress would be played a fraction above the knee. You expect from the owner that she will play the dress in the correct and agreed size with expertise. Unfortunately, it is played more than 10 cm too short, so that the dress can no longer be worn. Waterhouse / September Zwolle does not cooperate in a solution. They delivered a defective product and therefore have to return the money.
