The lady at the reception could be a bit friendlier. And not right when you pass the reception "where are you going" the tone sets the music. Understand that in this corona time everything is difficult, but a little friendliness is not that difficult.

Helpful, neat and tidy. Only the reception woman of the left wing of the building (above floor // physio) is quite catty and unfriendly.

After four years I have no idea who my doctor is anymore. Husband, son and I have really had a different one every time. I almost started to think that this is normal when I remembered today that there are still GP posts where you can get personal care. I also have the experience that you often have to wait a long time for an appointment. Time for change.
