Bought electric bed bases more than 2 years ago. After more than 2 years, one of the soils no longer works. You can hear the engine, but nothing happens. After a call you can come by, but there are costs involved. I can enter into the discussion that warranty does not end after 2 years, but depends on the expected lifespan (EU regulations), but this often takes a lot of energy. Product does not meet expectations. The undercarriage purchased on advice is also bad and causes damage to the floor: torn tarpaulin. In short, bad advice and bad product. Totalbed contacted the first part of the review. An appointment has been made to replace the engine and to look for a solution for the undercarriage. They have fully adhered to the agreement. Fine.

Super helpful, friendly staff, very satisfied with the bed and also with the delivery. Friendly and neat delivery staff. Also fun action with duvet covers.

Great help from Edith. Enough explanation before you lie down alone in a bed so that you know what to look out for. Furthermore, beautiful beds for an affordable price.

1 star because you can not take the minus !! You walk into the store with the intention to buy a boxspring, after 5 minutes they have already placed an order form under your nose, assuming that you spend ff 2200 euros quickly without thinking ..and if you say that you are not completely sure they are offended too. And all other stores are going down because they are absolutely fantastic. Not so !!
