Bad service - all time cars did bad.
Good service and friendly and competent staff.
A very bad unprofessional company! You always pay too much in maintenance, 10 times the same billed you find out and just nothing to wear. Car delivered with defects with maintenance not solved, but invoiced and just after the warranty, say you have to have a new engine put in for 11,000 euros! Too ridiculous. Rude to confiscate the car for a bill of several hundred euros while too much has already been paid and everything on time. Don't stand up for mistakes they made! An iveco NEVER again!
This is how we get our car ..... look at that outrageous.
The back door of my Iveco Daily could suddenly no longer lock, could not be closed anymore, the nearest dealer was Spijkenisse, lunch had just started there, so I would have to wait an hour, but an employee still drummed up a mechanic, helped for the door and resolved (free of charge) the service of Spijkenisse is the same as the Almkerk location, My experience for years, they are always ready for you if possible, Super service thanks.
