What an incredible experience, very beautiful and luxurious store! The help I received from the lady was phenomenal, really an expert who knew exactly which dress was perfect for me. I can recommend this store with all my heart.

At first friendly reception. However, after the visit and let this settle other experiences. Especially went to Dynasty for a line of dresses that they clearly advertise online. The line of dresses for which I initially came, which I also passed on by phone, were not present in the store. Without clearly indicating this, I received several dresses that "looked like" - read; would have an element of the line. Very unfortunate, because in advance was clear what I wanted. Finally found a dress that had an element of all the dresses that I liked from my preferred line. This ordered, the dress seemed to meet the wishes. In retrospect, this has become a lot of gnawing and I used to be my first preferred type of dress to really experience how the dress I wanted would look like. The special thing is that this store took all the time and effort for me to let me experience everything, where there was a good chance that I would not buy a dress. I had already ordered one at Dynasty. In the other shop the dress found, but also the complete experience. Here accessories were pulled out of the closet, veils, etc. Everything to see what felt good or not. Accessories and everything were not discussed, or offered at Dynasty. Then the dress at Dynasty canceled. The wish to cancel was reported by telephone, on which the question was immediately asked if the wedding would still go ahead? Suppose that this is not the case, for whatever reason, it is not customer-friendly and appropriate. Simply the question what makes the dress can be canceled is very different. If the final result is 50% of the price of the dress must pay to cancel, but take this for granted. The right choice made elsewhere.
