Pretty decent clothing store, smartly and aptly named after the location (the Sassenstraat near de Sassenpoort). Pleasant service and clothing elegant yet not too expensive.

Sometimes you are too surprised at the customer unfriendliness that you even find it too difficult to write a review. Still, I do that with this one, 3 weeks after the event. The ladies of this store should realize that in these times without direct customer contact, every email they receive from a customer deserves an answer. I am extremely dissatisfied with the way in which my return shipment was handled and especially with the way in which I have been informed about this (several times). Downright rude, that's the only description I can give. Doesn't match the look of this beautiful store with an equally beautiful collection. But I'm going to look for another beautiful store, with staff and owners with a ditto attitude. There are really more than enough of them and they have a very deserved right to exist in my opinion.

Nice store, friendly staff! I was told: "that we only have 1 size L ..." kind of strange, so not a store for everyone.
