Negative 10 stars. They completely ruined our clothes. White shirt is now a dull pink. White socks now have blue trim, bright yellow panties are now mustard. Bright orange t-shirt is now rust. It's laundry and this is a laundry service? Just because we're traveling and won't be back doesn't mean you should put our clothes in with other peoples' new jeans. And you think you can get away with it?

Expensive to wash yourself. 5 euros for 35 minutes and then the question whether it is clean ... At the counter you can not cash for the device on the wall ... Very unfortunate! Staff friendly

Case is dirty, spider web on ceiling. Personnel are busy with a lot of things except with customer experience. She did not know what it took to have butterfly bush cleaned. After calling 7 different "colleagues and managers" who did not record any of them (!) I propose to charge two euros (this was in addition to other products that I had already steamed). No, I can not do that, only my boss can do that and she is a rather difficult person to deal with. (!). Tasty then, can look for new dry cleaning!

Refuse service dogs and refuse to open doors for wheelchairs.
