Very clean and comfortable rooms, incredibly sweet and helpful host, great breakfast, we had an amazing time here! When we arrived we were welcome with a drink and we could park our cars right at the accommodation. The room was big, approximately 25m2 and had a couch and dinner table and relaxing chair and there was a television, water kettle, Coffee pad machine and free tea, coffee and cookies as well. There was a kitchen we could use as well with a refrigerator, microwave, hob, pots and -and, -lates, cups, bowls, cutlery and all the basic things you need. We also had access to the garden where there were chairs and a table (and even a hammock when the weather is good enough). The bathroom was amazingly clean too! It has a great shower with different settings and we got lots of towels. It’s a shared bathroom with space enough to put your toiletries etc. The bathroom got cleaned at least once a day although I think the host checked it several times and even cleaned it more often to make sure it’s fresh and clean for everyone, no matter what time you go there. We traveled with 4 people for business and pleasure and had brought 2 bicycles . We could park them in the garage and we rented 2 bicycles at the accommodation (they were brand new!). It was only 2,5km to get to the city centre so on the 2nd day we walked to town. We also attended an event at the IJsselhallen where we went to by foot as well as by bicycle, which was only 1,5km. We ordered breakfast for most days, although we also had the option to take care of our own breakfast if we wanted to. We had a huge breakfast with fresh baked bread, yoghurt, fruit, Coffee, tea, milk, fruit juice, eggs, several cheese meat and sweet toppings, tomatoes, cucumber and even vegetarian and some vegan options as well as cruelly, corn flakes and rusk. Very nice! (We paid only €10 per person for all that!) The host was so sweet and helpful! We could ask her anything and she would help us with printing tickets and planning our days. We could borrow a city map with cycling routes and in each of the rooms was a basket with tourist information. The beds were very comfortable and I especially love the duvets. We wanted a double bed in one room and 2 single beds in the other and that is exactly what we got. (The host asked us what we wanted when we called her to make the reservation). Near the accommodation is a supermarket, it’s approximately 600 meters away. We like walking and cycling so we went to the river to cycle and walk along the river on the “dijk” which we would really recommend! If you prefer to travel by public transport, the bus stop is approximately 150 meters away and goes directly to the city centre and the train station. Altogether we had an awesome time here and would really recommend this accommodation! It feels like we were visiting an old friend. (And we have already made a new reservation for November). Well deserved 5/5 stars (or a 10/10!) Jack, Ben, Jennifer & Pascal

Had a very nice stay here! (We went with 4 people, 2 motorbikes and a car). Friendly owner who was very helpful, spacious beautiful rooms and spacious bathroom. Very clean too! Plenty of towels. There is a kitchen that we have used with all the trimmings. We were able to put our bikes inside, which is also very nice! And we could rent bicycles to quickly get into the city center. We could also park our car in the driveway. On arrival we were given a code for the front door that allowed us to enter day and night. We got a drink on arrival and the rooms were super neat! Netflix was available. We could also sit outside, there was garden furniture and there was also a hammock. The rooms had television, dining table and dining chairs, armchair, coffee table, sofa, coffee pad machine, kettle, tea, coffee and everything that goes with it, glasses and cups, clothes hangers, we could possibly turn the heating up or down, the curtains are good blackout , 2 pillows per person (a firm and a slightly softer) extra duvets we could possibly pack ourselves, a large fan is great! Bedside tables, a full-length mirror, enough sockets and the room door works with a code. There were also all kinds of brochures available in the rooms and we could borrow a cycling map, there was one for each room. And for the evening on the couch, I was happy with the blanket that was also found in every room. Everything has been thought of! The bathroom is spacious and has a sink, nice shower with good water pressure, toilet, cupboards and hooks for hanging things up. Here, too, the heating can be turned up or down. There are all kinds of toiletries such as shower gel, cotton buds, shampoo, toothpaste and ladies' products in the bathroom for us to use. Towels and your own dirty laundry could be thrown in the laundry basket. A large full-length mirror hangs in the hallway right next to the bathroom. There is a desk in the hallway to work on, which suited us very well. There is a desk lamp and plenty of power outlets (with USB output, I forgot my charger) for laptop, phone and the like. Cleaning was done daily in the rooms and the bathroom even more often. We liked the beds very much. Also handy that we were not bothered by mosquitoes, there are insect screens on the windows so the window could be opened! Washing (and drying) is also possible here. Detergent and fabric softener is available. There are 2 washing machines, 1 of which is a washer dryer combination and a clothes dryer outside. In bad weather, drying indoors on a rack or on the line in the garage is also possible. We didn't have that much laundry so it could be washed for free with the laundry that the owner was going to do. It was then dry and folded ready for us!
