Would never buy there again! I purchased nice shoes at the Manfield store in Enschede in September. At the end of November one shoe's leather had ripped open, so I contacted Manfield's customer support in Germany. They told me that it was not possible to send new shoes, but that I could send the broken shoes in and the price would be repayed to my bank account. I followed the instructions and send the shoes in at the beginning of December. I am still waiting for my money and Manfield's customer support is not answering my numerous E-Mails in which I am kindly requesting the money. I cannot recommend anyone to buy at Manfield! Very nice shop with beautiful shoes and accessories for very nice prices and an excellent price / quality ratio. In addition, there are very friendly staff who do their best to help you with the goal of seeing you go out the door as happily as possible. I always like to come here, a shopping day rarely goes by without me entering the manfield!
