Horrible customer service !!!! Shoes ordered from Nelson Neatly fitted indoors and unfortunately they were large and still not so good. Neatly returned in the corresponding boxes. Today I had a call that the return is not accepted due to extreme dirty stains and damage. I was immediately charged and there was no suitable solution. Unbelievable!! This could never have happened to me. The customer is responsible for everything that happens during the return. I didn't believe this and asked for pictures. What dirty shoes I saw! Unbelievable!! It seems as if they have a complaint pair of shoes linked to my order because it suited them well. To top it all: these dirty broken shoes are going back to me. I have to pay them. Nobody believes I didn't cause this and there is no suitable solution. Beware if you are going to order here !!!!!!
